Even Better with Clinique

Clinique’s Even Better range has been hugely successful since its launch in 2008, so it’s no surprise they are adding more products. There are three more products on counter at the start of next week – and watch this space for more come the Autumn.

First up, it’s the Even Better Concealer (£18, clinique.co.uk), designed to help camouflage dark spots and cover under eye circles. Even better deals with controlling hyperpigmentation over time, but some women need something that will help conceal facial discolouration, now and the blend of pigments in this quickly conceal imperfections. Dark spots and discolouration are covered instantly to help skin look more even toned, under eye circles are hidden, and Vitamin C helps skin look radiant. It’s very creamy, very buildable and won’t dry or have that ‘cakey’ look.circles. It is available in 12 shades ranging from very fair to deep and corresponds with shades of Even Better Makeup SPF15.

I know my mum will be stealing the Even Better Dark Spot Correcting Hand Cream SPF15 (£22.50), which is the first product in the range to deal with anywhere other than the face. Hands are regularly forgotten and they can show our age more than anywhere (Madonna, anyone?!). This cream diminishes the appearance of dark spots, sun spots and brown spots while defending against environmental aggressors, as well as being nourishing for dry and dehydrated hands.  It contains brightening actives such as Vitamin C and Licourice extract.

And last but by no means least in the trio is the Even Better Skin Tone Correcting Lotion SPF20 (£35) which has been developed specially for combination and oily type skins. This lightweight and oil-free formula improves skin’s tone and uniformity over time. It is designed to combat dark spots and discolouration while also providing protection from the number one cause of hyperpigmentation – UVA/UVB rays.
