Marks and Spencer have unveiled an exciting new beauty shopping experience, which will start in London, then hit the online store, before rolling out into other stores nationwide.

The brand new M&S Beauty Department sees an overhaul, re-branding and repackaging of all its own beauty brands, as well as the introduction of a new own-brand range, called Pure, a natural, eco-friendly skincare and bodycare brand.

However, the big news is that the store will now feature an exclusive edit of some of the leading niche beauty brands from Europe and the USA, whch have been handpicked to be included in the department. Brands will include the likes of  Apivita, Greece’s top natural skin and hair care range, to Dr Murad, ‘transforming skincare’ from one of the US’s leading doctor brands, to Nuxe, a fabulous French brand

There will be expertly trained beauty advisers at the new counters, and innovative new interactive tools, including the ‘Virtual Makeover‘ counter. The first M&S beauty department opened this week in the Kensington High Street branch, and the new department can be found online at marksandspencer.com.

Two further departments will open in June, and the rest will follow over the next year, with 100 expected by summer next year. We’ll keep you up to date on when it lands in Scotland.
