Night And Day...

I’m a bit obsessed with my teeth. Not to the extent that I’d ever have veneers, but I have had them whitened, and I think since I cut smoking down to a bare minimum (the odd one with a drink) I’ve noticed the difference in colour.

I also hate going to the dentist, so brushing my teeth twice a day has always been part of my daily routine. If you don’t brush, shame on you! I like to floss as well, although I do find it a bit fiddly, which is why I LOVE this this brilliant toothpaste and brush set from Australian brand White Glo so much.

The White Glo Day And Night Toothpaste set (£4.60, boots.com, pictured left) contains a unique Flosser Toothbrush which is unlike any I have used before. It’s got lots of little plastic-like bristles, and it’s just brilliant. Since using this set, my teeth have never felt so clean!

The Night Gel with GreenTea antioxidants freshens and revitalizes the mouth to help reduce morning breath (hooray!) but it is a bit of an odd taste. The Day Toothpaste incorporates all the White Glo expertise to whiten ,shine and polish. If we use different skincare for the day and night, why not different toothpaste?!
