There are a few things I’m just dying to share, but don’t have the full scoop on yet, so I thought I’d bring you a short beauty news round-up.
BeneFit's Hoola....10 years old this year!
Firstly, I had the pleasure of previewing the Estee Lauder Christmas Collection this week. It’s called Pure Crimson and I am already in love with the Enchanted Garnet Nail Lacquer – it’s Christmas in a bottle! I’d describe it as the red of a velvet Christmas ribbon – it’s absolutely beautiful, a deep, rich crimson, and I think I’ll be wearing it from now until the New Year! The collection launches at the end of September, and the nail polish is £14. I’ll bring you a full report later this month!
If you read Vogue, or the Vogue Beauty Blog,you might have seen the news of the Tom Ford Color Beauty Collection – a whole collection of makeup by Tom Ford. I am SO excited about this and am going to see the collection next week, so will bring you a full report after that!
When I got a press releases through this week telling me that BeneFit’s Hoola Bronzing Powder (£23.50, benefitcosmetics.co.uk) is TEN years old, I felt ancient! I can remember the launch! This bronzer is still a hugely popular product for the brand, whose Glasgow House of Fraser counter has at times been the busiest in the whole of Europe! Glasgow gals love BeneFit!
