Ojon relaunched

I’m on a bit of a hair-theme today – so I thought I’d bring you news from Ojon, who relaunch their whole range in the UK this week. If you haven’t tried this Canadian-born haircare range yet, then you should. It’s not my favourite haircare, but it runs a very close second to Paul Mitchell!

The key ingredient is Ojon oil, which comes from the Ojon nut, which is found in the rain forests of Central America. The brand launched 10 years ago, but has now gone through a major re-branding. There are now five clear ‘hair care rituals’ to choose from; Damage Reverse, Dry Recovery, Volume Advance, Color Sustain and Full Detox.

I’ve tried Color Sustain, pictured right, Damage Reverse, and Dry Recovery. Color Sustain Color Revealing Shampoo is great, but the Conditioner just isn’t moisturising enough for my dyed – and pretty dry – hair, so, I tend to mix and match – using the Dry Recovery Conditioner. The Damage Reverse Hair Treatment is good as well. Let me know what you think if you try it.

You can try for yourself when the products are launched on Thursday this week, June 9th.

Ojon is available at John Lewis. Prices range from £18 to £32.50
